A blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Merlot, it is Man Vintner’s best selling wine in the portfolio. A rich and juicy red wine with red berry fruit, mint and spicy oak aromas. Classic Cabernet notes of cassis and red-currants come through on the smooth palate. A hint of vanillan oak shows up on the finish from barrel aging 25% of the blend for 10 months.
This is perfect to drink at a BBQ with grilled red meats or a simple pasta dish with a tomato-based sauce.
