This week’s wine comes from Portugal.  The Gateway Vinho Verde literally means “green wine.”  Here’s what you need to know about this white:

It’s a semi-sparkling Portuguese white, that is known as a ‘young white’ due to the fact the grapes are picked rather young.  It has a very low alcohol content, with a slight fizz but lots of flavor. Make sure to have this one on ice and enjoy!
